Details
The training of law enforcement agencies and Judiciary was attended by 30 participants 22 male and 8 females brought from different department such police officers in charge of gender desk, SSPDF, prison department and National Security, Paramount chief, women, Payam administrators and Deputy chief executive officer in the office of the Town Mayor of Torit Municipal council, including the representative of person living with disability and other government stakeholders from health department and education, representative from department of gender child, and social welfare. The training of law enforcement agencies and Judiciaries will enhance their ability to effectively respond to and investigate gender based violence incidents and make clear judgment backed with clear evidences.
